Who inspects the furniture — the factory or you?
We do. MBL has its own quality control department in China: we never leave acceptance to the factory — our staff inspect every item in person before shipment.
How many inspection stages does an order go through?
Four: inspection at the factory, assembly control against a checklist, a photo and video report, and control of packing and labelling. Plus two mandatory checks — at production and before shipment.
Do you check every item or only samples?
Every one. We inspect 100% of the items piece by piece, not by sampling the batch.
What exactly is checked at the factory?
We match the model, material, colour and dimensions against your order, then check the seams, frame, mechanisms and hardware against a checklist.
Will I see the furniture before it ships?
Yes. For every order we send a photo and video report before shipment — you decide having seen the piece with your own eyes.
What happens if a defect is found?
You have 30 days after delivery for acceptance and claims on hidden defects. Any restoration work is on us.
