The Allen sofa is a perfect example of what Minotti means by the word "sofa": an object defined by flowing lines and proportions, additional height from the floor and functional dimensions, without sacrificing soft lines and rounded shapes, especially in the armrests. Even though the Allen is a product of design, it certainly doesn't lack in comfort, with a high backrest that provides full back and head support. The interior upholstery of the armrests and backrest is molded, and the reversible seat cushion is covered with goose down. The legs, made of die-cast aluminum, follow a sinuous line, proving that the classic concept is an integral part of Minotti's DNA.

Legs: made of cast aluminum in Pewter color (a shade created by the Minotti studio), they have sinuous lines and a classic structure, both in proportions and materials. Cast, they are the result of technological research and reinforce the association between Minotti and uniqueness. As for the position of the legs, when looking at the sofa from the front they are visible in profile, and when viewed from the back or side they are a flat surface. A completely new design concept: unlike traditional chaise lounges, which are the final element of the seat composition, this element already “hints” at the sofa with its shape. Thanks to its "L-shape" it anticipates the sofa and carries it forward. Minotti also solves the problem of legs crossing in the corner and keeps the design clean.
