Support costs $200 a day: a Russian-speaking manager who knows Chinese, a premium-class car, a factory itinerary, negotiations and bargaining, measurements and locking the specification. Flights, hotel and meals are paid separately — we help pick a hotel near the furniture clusters. MBL's commission for arranging the order is 10% of the order value.

$30,000 for the whole order, not for a single item. The threshold comes from container economics: with a smaller volume, delivery and duties per item become disproportionately expensive and the benefit of buying in China is lost.

No. Since September 15, 2025, Russian citizens enter China visa-free for up to 30 days — the regime also covers business trips and has been extended until December 31, 2027. You only need a passport valid for the whole trip.

To Guangzhou, Baiyun International Airport (CAN). We meet you at the airport and put you up near Foshan's furniture clusters — 10–15 minutes to the factories by car. The whole factory route is on our transport with a manager.

Payment is made in foreign currency under a contract with our company in China or Hong Kong. Yes. There is an online format: the same manager visits the factories, shows the furniture over video call, films samples of materials and upholstery and sends photos and video. Ordering, quality control and delivery work the same as on an offline tour.

We plan the route before you arrive, for your specific project and budget: usually 6-12 factories and showrooms over 5-7 days. The final specification for a single property can involve up to 70 different manufacturers - furniture, lighting, stone, decor, curtain fabrics.

Logistics usually do not exceed 40% of the value of the cargo. We calculate the exact amount once the whole order is assembled at our warehouse in Foshan: container hire, customs payments and road delivery to your address. You can also hand the cargo over to your own freight company on EXW Foshan terms.

Yes, we furnish commercial projects the same way we furnish private interiors: a restaurant, a hotel, an office, serviced apartments. The difference is not the project itself but the way the shipment is arranged. Our standard scheme is built for a private buyer. If the goods have to be imported officially by a Russian company, placed on its balance sheet and backed by a full set of accounting documents, that scheme does not fit: such an import needs separate customs clearance, payment of duties and taxes and usually an importer or a broker, which makes the final cost noticeably different. MBL does not issue Russian accounting documents for the goods. It is worth settling this before the contract is signed.
