The $5,000 deposit goes toward the order balance. We sign a contract and assign a personal manager in China.
Step 2
50% prepayment
Once the specification is approved you pay 50% — the order goes into production.
Step 3
Balance 50% + 10%
After quality control and your approval — the remaining 50% and the 10% MBL commission.

Delivery payment
After logistics is calculated (EXW Foshan) — within 7 days. Logistics up to 40% of the cost.

How long does the furniture tour to China last?
5–7 days in Foshan to select furniture. The full cycle including production and delivery is about 5–6 months: production takes 30–45 days, the rest of the time goes to logistics and customs clearance.
How much does the tour cost and what is included?
Support costs $200 a day: a Russian-speaking manager who knows Chinese, a premium-class car, a factory itinerary, negotiations and bargaining, measurements and locking the specification. Flights, hotel and meals are paid separately — we help pick a hotel near the furniture clusters. MBL's commission for arranging the order is 10% of the order value.
What is the minimum order for the tour?
$30,000 for the whole order, not for a single item. The threshold comes from container economics: with a smaller volume, delivery and duties per item become disproportionately expensive and the benefit of buying in China is lost.
Do you need a visa for a furniture tour to China?
No. Since September 15, 2025, Russian citizens enter China visa-free for up to 30 days — the regime also covers business trips and has been extended until December 31, 2027. You only need a passport valid for the whole trip.
Which airport do I fly to and how do I get to the factories?
To Guangzhou, Baiyun International Airport (CAN). We meet you at the airport and put you up near Foshan's furniture clusters — 10–15 minutes to the factories by car. The whole factory route is on our transport with a manager.
How do you pay for furniture from China?
You pay in rubles under a contract with a registered company — you don't need to transfer money to China yourself. The scheme: a $5,000 deposit (counts toward the order balance), then 50% after the specification is approved, then the remaining 50% and the 10% commission after quality control, and logistics separately within 7 days of the calculation.
Who handles delivery and customs clearance?
There are two options. We handle logistics turnkey: loading the container, sea freight via trusted carriers (MAERSK, COSCO, JD), customs clearance and door delivery. Or you export the cargo yourself — then we work on EXW Foshan terms and hand over the cargo at the factory.
How long does furniture production take?
30–45 days after the specification is approved and the 50% prepayment is made. All furniture is made to order — there is no stock.
What if a defect appears after delivery?
You have 30 days from receipt for acceptance and claims for hidden defects. Before shipping we run quality control at the factory and send photos and video.
Can I skip flying to China?
Yes. There is an online format: the same manager visits the factories, shows the furniture over video call, films samples of materials and upholstery and sends photos and video. Ordering, quality control and delivery work the same as on an offline tour.
