Saturn is a lamp with a modern, minimalist design. A cylindrical base made of brushed metal supports a glass disc "Pulegoso effect" of considerable thickness, which is created by casting into a plate. The "pulegoso" glass processing technique emerged at the beginning of the 20th century and creates glass with many air bubbles, while the manual artistic intervention of a master glazier gives each piece a unique character. The designer was inspired by this technique to highlight the distinct beauty of the glass from which the light spreads. Turning on the lamp and adjusting the light intensity is done through a complex “touch system” by touching a metal circle above the glass disk.
