The Janet, with its clean and subtle lines, is the latest addition to creative director Vincent Van Duysen's extensive collection of Molteni&C chairs.
Janet is a chair with or without arms, featuring a durable wood frame made from black ash, eucalyptus and sunrise oak. Smart and durable, it creates the feeling of being present at many different tables. Its component parts are carefully and precisely rounded to form a harmonious whole. The frame, printed and made ergonomic by a thin layer of superior polyurethane, is attached to the structure's two crossbars, top and bottom.
The result is an exceptionally comfortable integrated seat and backrest system that evolves smoothly. Janet comes with textile or leather upholstery from the Molteni&C range.
