Floral is a soulful stool reminiscent of the traditions of Portuguese romanticism, thanks to delicate flowers outlined in oil paint on a black background. It perfectly combines ancient painting techniques and modern design. The Floral artwork is born from fine oil painting that gives the floral elements a contemporary look. The task of recreating an ancient technique to bring an artistic stool to life was assigned to the Santa Bárbara atelier, known in Portugal for the high quality and detail of the painting used in the restoration. Knowledge of the craft allowed craftsmen to adapt this craft, often used in furniture and frescoes. The result is a masterpiece imbued with the unique elegance and detail that can only be achieved by handcrafting. The picturesque quality of the work is amazing.
