Graduate bookcase, produced by the Italian factory Molteni&C, designed by Jean Nouvel. The original design of the Graduate hanging shelving unit is attached to the wall by the top top from which shelves with a metal finish are suspended on thin metal cables.
A distinctive feature of the rack is the absence of supports on the floor. Modular design of four sections, each 100 cm long, 3 sections with a top and five shelves + 1 section with a top and 1 shelf. The modules are hung only on solid walls with a minimum thickness of 10 cm. The edging of the hanging shelves has a plywood finish, and the top and bottom surfaces of the shelves are lined with metal sheets.
