The Piroscafo hinged door shelving unit, created by the Italian company Molteni&C and designed jointly by Aldo Rossi and Luca Meda, is a magnificent piece of design. The doors of this library are made of clear glass, framed by a cross-shaped metal frame, painted matte white.
The internal finishing layer of the frame is made of American walnut veneer, and the shelves are made of glass. The outer sides and top are also covered in American walnut. The presence of glass shelves and doors allows you to use the Piroscafo rack to display dishes and decorative elements in the interior. The main materials used in the creation of this library include clear glass for the metal framed doors and American walnut veneer for the frame.
