Sofa Minotti Horizonte

A floating island with square lines that defines the horizon of the living space.

The new system, designed by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27, is formed from a suspended base - a continuous thin line covered in leather, fabric or both, on which voluminous soft elements rest.

In full accordance with the design philosophy of Marcio Kogan, the modular Horizonte seating system is the result of a clear architectural vision: a strict form raised seven centimeters from the ground thanks to a recessed plinth in matt black lacquered metal, which gives the sofa a special feeling of suspension. The platform on which the upholstered elements are located - seats, backrests and armrests - are all designed as large cushions with bold proportions and a strong personality.

These modules are distinguished not only by their size, but also by their unprecedented softness, capable of maintaining a precise formal aesthetic, despite a pleasant sinking effect. Comfort is guaranteed by innovative technology that uses pocket springs inserted into variable-density polyurethane, which allows you to retain shape memory and return the seat to its original shape, adapting to the user’s figure.

The base on which the soft volumes rest is made of a clever combination of materials: entirely leather or fabric, or an original combination of both materials for an even more sophisticated and prestigious look. In tk
