Minotti Sendai Sofa

Named after the city of trees, Sendai, this furniture line consists of a small sofa, an armchair, a lounge chair, and small dining and living room chairs.

Like slender trunks, elegant polished legs in solid Canaletto walnut stained light brown or licorice lacquered ash rest on the ground, lifting the enveloping soft body and creating a soft rhythm of vertical lines.

The possibility of having an armchair, a small dining chair and a lounge chair also in a 360° swivel version with return (base in polished lacquered bronze metal, with spokes covered in solid ash with open-pore Licorice lacquer, or in solid Canaletto walnut with light brown finish) makes Sendai seats particularly suitable for both residential and hotel spaces.

The compact and proportional silhouette of both the seats and the small sofa opens up a new way to use the dining space: as a living room in a living room, a hybrid situation such as dinner being served on a large table while guests meet and socialize at the lounge table.

A new, more intimate way to open up new visual and proportional horizons of living space, both in homes and in restaurants.
